The company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotel. The company terms and conditions are as follows:


For bookings you can reserve at The payment must be made by Pay Pal or in specific cases in the time of check-in/reception. In reception we accept payment: Cash or Visa, Master Card, Maestro Card. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us on the numbers +355 69 80 77 555, +355 69 70 22 444 or the reservation department at the email address [email protected] .


The room prices that are showed in website are the current period prices (of the current month). For more information you can write us by website or email ([email protected]).

The prices that are displayed on the Website are an average per room per night. VAT is included in the price. In that price is not included City Tax. Breakfast is included and other meals are not included.

Price lists for additional items, such as restaurant meals, room services, SPA treatment, and minibar etc. are on display at relevant locations within the Hotel and are available on request.

Payment at reception can be made in Euro and in Leke (Albanian Leke, ALL).

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.


Babies 0-3 years old are accommodated free of charge in baby cots upon request.

Maximum number of extra beds or baby cots in room is 1.

Children from 0-5.9 years old are free of charge.

One children from 6-11.9 years old with two adults pay 50% of the price.

One children from 6-11.9 years old with one adult pay 30% of the price.

Two children alone from 6-11.9 years old pay 30% of the price.


Hotel policy doesn’t allow the pets inside of the hotel.

Inside of the room or in hotel areas are not allowed any electrical appliances or equipment for heating or for cooking purposes. If you will have any need please contact the reception.

Inside of the room or in hotel areas smoking is prohibited. If you smoke inside of the room or other areas of the hotel you will penalized with 50 Euro.

Inside of the room is not allowed taking food and drinks from outside. If in your room well be found foods or drinks for which you have not received permission at the reception you will be penalized with 50 Euro.

The restriction of smoking and foods/Drinks is in the room too.

Persons from outside of the hotel are not allowed to the room (expect the cases which reception has been notified). If there are such cases, the person responsible for booking the room is responsible about this.


In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference: their passport or identity card.

Check-in time is at 14:00 pm. Reception is open 24 hours (so during this time the clients can make check-in).

Check-out time is until 11 am. If you do not make check-out until this time Gloria Palace Hotel reserves the right, without the further notice to you to charge  and additional one (1) night’s stay.

Gloria Palace Hotel owns an open parking that is secured. It is free of charge and upon request


Till 30 days before arrival 30% of total value

Till 15 days before arrival 50% of total value

Till 5 days before arrival 70% of total value

Non show: 100% of total value


In very rare cases we may need to cancel your Booking. If this thing happened you will be notified from our company as fast as possible. In such circumstances you will be given back all the payment that you might have been done.


You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. You must compensate every damage that you have caused to the hotel. Exceptions are cases where the management department finds it reasonable that the damage is not major and closes the case without any payment by the client.


Please kindly be informed that to guarantee the room we require Credit Card details and your personal dates.  Please note that, it is our normal policy procedure to require Credit Card details just in order to guaranty the room, for every booking request we receive, no matter how the accommodation payment is settled with our Hotel. We guaranty you that this information will be treated with extreme caution and will be deleted upon your arrival or if reservation is cancelled according to our policy.


Gloria Palace Hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the Gloria Palace website and/or change or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
